It all began in the mind of 16-year-old Bartosz Siekierka – a teenager who had already set himself an ambitious goal: to create the best catering company in Poland. From the very beginning, he stood out not only for his visionary perspective but also for his consistency in action. For four years, he learned from the best, working at events for the most demanding clients – leaders in the business and political world. There, he gained experience that became the foundation of his future success.

At just 20 years old, in 2005, Bartosz fulfilled his dream and founded Royal Catering. The beginnings were modest, relying mainly on word-of-mouth recommendations. Yet it was his determination, work ethic, and the support of his wife, Elżbieta, that helped the company gain momentum year after year. Every penny earned was reinvested into growth – new equipment, team training, and enhancing the service offerings.
