At just 20 years old, in 2005, Bartosz fulfilled his dream and founded Royal Catering. The beginnings were modest, relying mainly on the power of recommendations. But it was his determination, work ethic, and the support of his wife, Elżbieta, that helped the company gain momentum year after year. Every penny earned was reinvested into growth – new equipment, team training, and enhancing the offer.
